Robin is an energetic and accomplished member of our team. Her intuitive and upbeat personality accentuates her insightful and practical communication skills. She saw early on the power of storytelling and humor as effective communication tools for influencing and persuading others.
Robin is co-author of Outwitting the Manipulator: Protecting Yourself in Real-Time and co-hosts a podcast by the same name.
Robin is co-author of a chapter in The Handbook of Communication Training, authorized by the National Communication Association. She is a former Chair of the National Communication Association’s Training & Develop division and is a co-founder and Principal of Mindset Communication.
She has deep experience with sales training and developing a strong, cohesive sales team. In addition, she has been a stand-up comedienne and sole founder of Boston Comedy Chicks, a large community of female comics.
