
Looking for an Executive Communication Coach
The Executive Communication Coach position is a combination of deep communication competency across presentation, executive, group, and public communication with the ability to sell and market services to potential clients. The person selected will become a communication consultant who works with executives and teams to deliver highly tailored training and coaching that solve real-world communication problems. You will provide private coaching and interactive group workshops to high-level executives worldwide.
We are not looking for someone who has all of these skills ready to go. The position will begin with a paid, 6-month part-time development period in which the coach will learn, practice, and demonstrate the communication curriculum, tools, and techniques we’ve refined over our 58 years. We will also teach you how to best prospect for business. Once milestones are met within or by the end of the development period, the Executive Communication Coach will become a full-time employee.
If you are an educator, researcher, author, public speaker, etc. and you want to become a practitioner, this is a great opportunity to move your career in a new direction. We will train you, but this is not an entry-level job. We’re looking for a mature individual, with years of experience in speech communication and preferably an advanced degree. You can work remotely, but successful candidates must be in the USA.
A successful coach enjoys working hard and will be dedicated, have integrity, and a proven ability to build a client base. You do have to sell, if that is new to you, we will train you how: In addition to our training, there is professional support to help you find potential clients, build relationships, bring in the work, and deliver the training and coaching.
