Robin Golinski

Robin is a successful Executive Communication Coach with more than 20 years experience developing and leading communication training programs. She combines her serious understanding of how mindset affects human behavior with a witty and motivational coaching style. Her ability to create and nurture a positive attitude has helped her clients be dynamic communicators as well as highly effective at persuading and influencing. Robin has been a professional comedienne, storyteller and emcee. This practical, “boots on the ground” experience constantly reinforces her communication techniques, making her uniquely suited for helping others develop advanced communication skills and build self confidence. As the oldest of seven and a mother of two, she applies that experience daily!

Robin is an energetic and accomplished member of our team. Her intuitive and upbeat personality accentuates her insightful and practical communication skills. She saw early on the power of storytelling and humor as effective communication tools for influencing and persuading others.

Robin is co-author of Outwitting the Manipulator: Protecting Yourself in Real-Time and co-hosts a podcast by the same name.

Robin is co-author of a chapter in The Handbook of Communication Training, authorized by the National Communication Association. She is a former Chair of the National Communication Association’s Training & Develop division and is a co-founder and Principal of Mindset Communication.

She has deep experience with sales training and developing a strong, cohesive sales team. In addition, she has been a stand-up comedienne and sole founder of Boston Comedy Chicks, a large community of female comics.

Robin has personally been responsible for strengthening the communication prowess of hundreds of researchers, scientists, physicians and others in the medical field, at renowned companies such as Bard, Hologic, Johnson & Johnson, Ethicon, Acclarent, and DePuy. Also benefiting from her intuitive and pragmatic coaching are Allstate Insurance, Eagle Securities, Kronos, Leslie College, Harvard Schools of Design, Medicine and Engineering along with clients in 8 different countries.
