Laurie, a highly respected Executive Communication Coach, was destined to become a speech coach. In fact, her high school yearbook foretold that she would be a “future speech expert.” Laurie has a passion for applying her talents to coaching individuals and teams to achieve communication success in the business world. Laurie feels that who she is and her role as a coach are inseparable.

Laurie understands that there’s a real – and proven – association between communication excellence and career success. She has a nationwide reputation as a trainer and coach, with a focus in presentation skills, one-on-one executive coaching, leadership training, conference coaching, and facilitation skills.

Laurie is the author of Smart Speaking, He and She Talk, Speech Gems and a frequent guest on radio and television, and has appeared on Oprah and The Today Show, as well as contributing to magazines such as Cosmopolitan, Woman’s Day, Ladies Home Journal, and Women’s Health. Laurie serves on the board of National Students Against Violence Everywhere (SAVE) and her children’s book, Twenty Twinkling Stars, is a fundraiser for them.

She’s also a popular and well-known speaker, giving a humorous , interactive delivery for conventions and organizations, ranging from Women in Financial Services to The Healthcare Business Women’s Association.
