Dr. Kingsley Westerman, Ph.D. is a Fulbright award-winning researcher, trainer, and consultant. For over 20 years she has improved organizations, large and small, across many industries such as Technology, Healthcare, Construction and Professional Services – by teaching and coaching executives to overcome their immediate challenges in organizational relationships and communication. Cat has been recognized for her social science research and has taught at the doctoral level. She has deep experience developing and delivering world-class communication training at companies and institutions including the U.S. Government, Jamestown University, TC United, and Microsoft. Cat is an active member of the National Communication Association and the International Communication Association.
She has won numerous awards, including a Fulbright Scholar/Teacher Award, presented at conferences worldwide and published over 30 peer-reviewed papers in the field of communication.
Dr. Kingsley Westerman holds a Ph.D. in Communication with a specialization in Organizational Communication and Social Influence from Michigan State University, an M.A. in Communication with a concentration in Organizational Communication from Michigan State University and a B.S. in Communication Studies with a focus on Interpersonal and Organizational Communication from Manchester University.
