We finished the gauntlet yesterday. All 8 Management Presentations went well, all 8 want to proceed in the process. Here’s to the next phase. Thanks again for all your support!

I worked with Laura this year and thought she was terrific. Helpful feedback and very tailored to what I needed to work on.
Managing Director (Life Sciences Fund)

Team did quite well the past few weeks – super pleased with how much they’ve improved since we started a month ago. Big credit to your coaching efforts with them.
Managing Director
Private Equity
The event went extremely well…like better than I expected, if I’m being perfectly honest. But it
all went flawlessly, and the feedback has been super positive on everything from the content to
the production and execution. A few LPs remarked that it’s one of the best annual meetings
they’ve ever attended. So we’re feeling very glad about all of that.
I do think a lot of the success is owed to the fact that the team did much more planning than in
years passed (including getting coaching on speaking/presenting from you!). This level of
investment and support paid off in the end…and certainly you know better than anyone that it
always does! Even for the folks who did not do a 1:1 session with you, I think they all benefited
from your advice and appreciated getting the personalized feedback from the dry-run. I certainly
valued your input greatly.
Vice President
Venture Capital and Private Equity Principals
Thank you, Laura for a great presentation. We received many complimentary remarks yesterday as we wound down the retreat. I enjoyed meeting and chatting and look forward to future events where we can work together.

Laura- thank you for a wonderful workshop Thursday. The team was really motivated and excited about how it went and had many ideas for follow on sessions. I thought they were engaged, and very receptive to the coaching. I also think creating practice opportunities in the session worked well.
Managing Director
Leading middle market investment firm with approximately $19 billion of assets under management
Long story short, I think it went really well. Perfect definitely wasn’t the bar (and wasn’t
achieved) but I got a lot of complements and people were impressed by how comfortable I
appeared (even if I wasn’t) and how well I knew the points I was trying to make.
I think taking a break from practicing it for a few days after we spoke helped make it more
natural and then at the walk through there were some modest suggested changes so I couldn’t
have everything totally memorized, which helped as well.
The best piece of advice you gave me though was having my notes/bullets printed out alongside
the iPad I had been using. The iPad worked every time I practiced but lo and behold, during the
actual meeting it stopped working entirely. I had my notes right next to the iPad on the podium
and was able to smoothly transition (another benefit of knowing it pretty well) and nobody was
any wiser.
Thank you for all of your help and I look forward to finding ways to continue to work together
for both myself and my team.

It was an extremely productive day that really lit a much needed fire under all of the panels. I touched based with many of them after and they all found the feedback extremely helpful.”
