Robin Maxfield

Robin Maxfield is a Coach/Trainer with The Speech Improvement Company with over 20 years of experience in developing and leading training programs, coaching, presenting, and selling.  She has developed a strong familiarity with the real estate industry, and has been extremely helpful to firms that are navigating through difficult times.  She has personally recruited, trained and coached sales agents growing her own company from 750,000 to 3 million in gross revenue from 2002 to 2004.  She is well known and respected for her ability to energize and develop sales skills in a variety of settings.

Whether coaching one on one or facilitating a large group, Robin is adept at motivating and teaching others how to communicate and move toward agreement.  She is a natural social connector and has successfully trained others in networking skills to help them to grow their business. 

As a member of The Executive Committee-TEC (now known as Vistage International) Robin worked with chief executive officers from Feeney Brothers Excavation, Monotype Imaging, CGL Electronic Security and many others.  In addition, Robin continues to be a coach/trainer and organizer of Massmouth, the preeminent non-profit organization, dedicated to helping individuals “tell their life stories”.  One of Robin’s most unique skills is her ability to help organizations create trade show presentations to generate qualified leads.

Like every member of The Speech Improvement Company staff, Robin is a formally trained coach/trainer.  She holds a B.S. from Oakland University.  She is nationally certified from The Instructor Training Institute, and has been trained at CTI – The Coaches Training Institute.
