Monica Murphy is a Senior Coach at THE SPEECH IMPROVEMENT COMPANY, INC. Her skills as a trainer and coach have helped men and women nationwide to enhance their abilities in presentation skills, customer service, interpersonal effectiveness and facilitation techniques.
Ms. Murphy is a nationally certified customer service trainer and senior coach whose strengths lie in her ability to energize clients with her creative and enthusiastic training and coaching style.
Ms. Murphy also continues to create and deliver training and coaching programs for clients including: Bain Capital, Forrester Research, Pegasystems, TowerGroup, Eagle Systems,

Ms. Murphy received her undergraduate degree in Business and Organizational Communication from Emerson College in Boston. She completed her master’s degree at the University of South Florida in Adult Education, Training and Staff Development. Monica is a member of The National Communication Association, and has been an active member of the American Society for Training and Development for more than 10 years. She has been quoted in national publications and has contributed to several books including the internationally popular Powerful Presentations Skills, and Customer Service and The Telephone.
