Kristen Curran is a Senior Coach/Trainer at THE SPEECH IMPROVEMENT COMPANY, INC. Ms. Curran is also the Director of THE CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING CENTER, a division of THE SPEECH IMPROVEMENT COMPANY, INC., which is dedicated to helping service professionals develop and maintain extraordinary customer service skills.
Kristen brings a wide range of communication expertise working in such areas as customer service, presentation techniques, interviewing skills and fear of speaking. Kristen serves a variety of clients throughout the United States. Her clients include NSTAR, Putnam Investments, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Liberty Mutual, Massachusetts General Hospital, Boston Ballet, Compaq Computer Corporation, Lotus, and Massachusetts Port Authority.
Clients express particular pleasure when interacting with Kristen's upbeat, helpful and professional communication style. She has the ability to energize clients with her creative and enthusiastic training and coaching techniques. She helps her clients identify their training objectives, then develops a program that fits their learning style.
