Jim has dedicated nearly 25 years to helping others improve the skills they need to succeed in their chosen professions. His experience as a corporate trainer/customer service manager and instructor combined with his unique education as a Speech Coach, ensures that he brings a depth of knowledge and insight to his clients. In addition, Jim has traveled extensively through his work in the travel and tourism industry. He understands the particular value of English as a business tool. He brings special expertise to his clients who need ESL training. He is also one of the few people we know who still understands Latin, which is very helpful to clients who need to strengthen speech clarity.
Jim's employers include AMERICAN AIRLINES, SABRE, and AMADEUS OF USA. He is active in community affairs and enjoys lively discussion and debate. His warm personality and quick wit are built on his B.A. in English from Clark University, and a M.ED in adult Learning from Worchester State College.
