Based in the Middle East, Jeff provides International training, coaching with a focus on Business English and Accent Reduction. He has been helping clients from Boston and Minneapolis toTokyo to Istanbul for more than fifteen years. By combining his understanding of different cultures and his expertise in communication, service quality and adult learning, he has built successful relationships with a wide variety of clients in many industries.

Jeff works both domestically and internationally and leads colleagues and clients through major projects with many of our largest clients. As a seasoned trainer/coach/facilitator, Jeff had earned the confidence and trust of such clients as British Telecom, AT&T, American Airlines, Pacific Gas and Electric, JC Penney, Wells Fargo and Software, Etc., as well as many others.

He has helped many clients navigate through sensitive and complex issues in selection and recruitment, large-scale training and development plans, management development and even staff reduction. His enthusiasm and sense of humor create a relaxed, personable training/coaching environment. These qualities, when combined with his flexibility, knowledge of adult learning styles and professionalism frequently exceed client expectations. An often-heard comment is 'To know Jeff is to like him.'

Having lived in four different countries and taught, trained or coached clients in over fifteen, Jeff is an in-demand senior coach and trainer. His undergraduate degree is in Speech Communication from the State University of New York and his Master's degree in Adult Learning is from the University of South Florida. In addition, Jeff is a former board member of the American Society for Training and Development and a Hillsborough County Literacy Volunteer. He is a valued colleague and member of the Speech Improvement team.
